1、Color steel plate brand selection.

Color steel plates are known as prepainted steel coils before they are formed into finished panels. The material quality and substrate specifications of color steel coils vary across different manufacturers and brands, which is the primary factor determining the service life of color steel plates. Brand tiers for color steel coils are broadly divided into large steel mills and small steel mills. Major domestic steel mills include Baosteel, Masteel, and YIEH PHUI (CHINA), alongside BHP (Broken Hill Proprietary). Because the surface of cleanroom panels consists of color steel sheets, the durability of the color steel plate directly determines the operational lifespan of the clean panel. 2、Top coat of color steel plate.

Standard topcoat categories include conventional PE polyester topcoat, PVDF fluorocarbon resin topcoat, and HDP high weathering resin topcoat. For cleanroom panels, the burrs created at manual cutting openings are difficult to treat cleanly, exposing the core material and reducing panel flatness, while secondary edge sealing negatively affects overall appearance and tends to reduce the clean room requirements of clean panels.
