On August 4, 2021, the initial digital production line at the Cnsterilezoom East China Intelligent Manufacturing Production and R&D Base successfully finished its trial operation, with the very first clean room panel coming smoothly off the assembly line. The construction of the Cnsterilezoom East China Intelligent Manufacturing Production and R&D Base officially commenced in September 2020, marking a crucial phase in Cnsterilezoom's strategic initiative of "cross-regional plant construction and national layout". Thorough evaluation, securing the ideal site

In April 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Cnsterilezoom launched a comprehensive site selection inspection. Members of the board established a specialized research group. Over a period exceeding two months, the team strictly evaluated and filtered more than 30 land plots across 12 different cities. Boasting an advantageous geographical position, Zhenjiang New District emerged as the top choice among numerous shortlisted candidates thanks to its business environment, inclusive approach, and robust policies and measures. On June 20, Cnsterilezoom formally executed an agreement with Zhenjiang New District.

Seamless cooperation, Rapid execution

Following the finalization of the site, Zhenjiang New District quickly formed a specialized Cnsterilezoom project execution team, finalizing the project initiation notice within a single day, the land transfer notice in three days, as well as the business license registration and bank account setup in three days, while rapidly establishing essential utilities like water and electricity supply. Merely 45 days elapsed from contract signing to the commencement of construction. The construction process advanced seamlessly, securing all complex regulatory approvals with exceptional efficiency.

By forming a strategic partnership with Siemens, the globally recognized leader in digital factory solutions, and leveraging Siemens' advanced expertise, the facility eradicated the "equipment islands" commonly found in conventional manufacturing workshops. This breakthrough not only enabled equipment connectivity and digitalized oversight across the entire production workflow, but also delivered complete traceability for both production metrics and quality data.
