Animal vaccines play a critical role in safeguarding national biological safety and food security. As an industry-leading veterinary vaccine enterprise, Qingdao YEBIO has established a world-class vaccine R&D and production base. The third phase of the project uses Cnsterilezoom cleanroom enclosure systems to create high-standard clean spaces that ensure biological safety.

Three-level Protection Standard

YEBIO has built the most advanced technological innovation research and development platform in China, including the "National Key Laboratory of Animal Genetic Engineering Vaccines" and the "National Enterprise Technology Center", becoming the first African swine fever vaccine research and development institution.

Robust technological innovation drives the industry-leading mission of the Phase III project. The modern facility features a lyophilized GMP workshop, an inactivated vaccine workshop, a storage center, and a technical center, covering the entire industrial chain of vaccine R&D and production.

From the national laboratory to the vaccine manufacturing facilities, the Phase III project strictly complies with the new veterinary drug GMP standards and the "three-level protection" standard. It addresses complex process engineering challenges across a broad biosafety scope, large scale, and multiple stages. Based on biological safety control principles, production process risk assessments, and airflow management, stringent requirements are set for cleanroom spatial cleanliness.

System Integration Solution

To meet these high protection standards, Cnsterilezoom provided YEBIO with an advanced biosafety space solution. The modular, integrated, and standardized production and construction methodology aligns with the "box in box" concept in the project layout. The project utilizes Cnsterilezoom cleanroom panels totaling 45000㎡, with high-performance enclosure structure engineering built to meet severe operational challenges.

Antibacterial panel: customized color-coated steel plate that effectively prevents bacterial growth while offering anti-disinfection, corrosion resistance, and other durable performance characteristics.

Double gypsum aluminum honeycomb cleanroom panel: high flatness and toughness with superior airtightness, making it an ideal solution for controlled clean environments. Incorporating Saint-Gobain gypsum board, it ensures premium moisture resistance, structural stability, and reliable quality.

Non-wedge gypsum surface: Delivers higher flatness through a seamless structure combining imported waterproof gypsum and aluminum honeycomb, enhancing cleanroom panel flatness, fire resistance, and structural strength.

Fully automatic production line: Cnsterilezoom independently developed the world's first cleanroom panel automatic production line. With accurately measured and intelligently controlled processes, the precision, strength, and flatness of each clean panel are substantially improved, realizing flexible digital manufacturing.
