From January 13 to 14, the Cnsterilezoom flexible automated production line for cleanroom panels successfully passed its final acceptance evaluation. This milestone marks a significant transition in non-standard cleanroom panel manufacturing, evolving from fragmented, small-batch, and multi-dimension fabrication toward a standardized, continuous, and intelligent production system.

The expert evaluation panel for this R&D project brought together representatives from the Cnsterilezoom Technical Committee along with Shandong University professors and doctoral supervisors Liu Yanjun and Liu Changan, in addition to other industry specialists. The evaluation was conducted in two primary stages. During the first stage, evaluators completed an on-site inspection of the R&D facility, where Wei Longhuai, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Cnsterilezoom, guided them through the end-to-end production workflow. The second stage featured an in-depth briefing detailing the project background, critical technological breakthroughs, and the substantial economic and social benefits delivered by the development.

Strictly adhering to principles of scientific accuracy, neutrality, objectivity, and impartiality, the review committee assessed the technical achievements of the "cleanroom panels flexible automated production line" developed by the clean division. Following comprehensive evaluation, the panel officially approved the project, confirming that its integrated technical capabilities have attained an advanced industry benchmark and successfully resolve long-standing industry challenges in the flexible fabrication of custom cleanroom panels.

This advanced manufacturing system seamlessly incorporates comprehensive automated operations, including intelligent design, smart nesting, automated blanking, automatic bending and forming, precise glue dispensing, composite pressing, and automated finished-goods palletizing. Operating autonomously without manual calculation, physical measurement, or direct human intervention, the line revolutionizes traditional custom fabrication practices. Furthermore, the automated line maximizes raw material efficiency and reduces labor requirements while substantially enhancing the dimensional precision, structural strength, surface flatness, and visual finish of cleanroom panels to ensure consistent product standards.
