The new facility integrates state-of-the-art automated manufacturing machinery imported from Italy. Compared with conventional cleanroom panel manufacturing systems, overall production efficiency is boosted by 6 to 8 times.

The automated workflow covers seven key stages: steel sheet roll-forming, automated core material cutting, precision adhesive application, automated rockwool filling, material lamination, thermal pressing, and automated palletizing.

This manufacturing system delivers high-level automation, rapid processing speeds, and uniform product quality. It expands maximum annual output capacity to 5 million square meters and supports the production of cleanroom panels utilizing a diverse range of core materials. This continuous cleanroom panel production line operates at an internationally advanced standard.

1. High-precision composite lamination

Freshly fabricated sheets undergo lamination inside a high-precision compounding unit, which utilizes specialized side molds along the panel edges to guarantee exact clamping and seamless alignment throughout the bonding process.

2. Enhanced cleanliness and panel flatness

To maximize surface flatness and lateral perpendicularity, the upgraded manufacturing system employs an advanced single-sheet pressing method. Both upper and lower panel surfaces are compressed with a unified steel mold, delivering exceptional flatness while eliminating the camber, warping, and structural distortion typically caused by multi-layer pressing.

3. Improved lateral perpendicularity

Lateral fixation of the side molds guarantees rigorous vertical alignment throughout manufacturing. This proven technique prevents dimensional inaccuracies resulting from upper and lower steel plate displacement during lamination, ensuring seamless and accurate panel joints during final cleanroom installation.

4. Consistent Cleanroom Panel Thickness

The precise dimensions of the side blocks determine final panel thickness. This engineering design ensures consistent thickness across the entire composite board, effectively eliminating surface irregularities once the cleanroom panels are installed.

5. Automated Adhesive Application

Implementing advanced "rooted" adhesive technology provides exceptional stability and structural reliability. Experimental test data indicates that panels produced on the automated line exhibit superior bonding strength and flexural capacity compared to traditional manual alternatives. Specifically, rock wool cleanroom panels fabricated on this automated production line achieve 50% greater bonding strength than products from leading conventional manual lines.
