During the cosmetic manufacturing process, the cleanliness requirements for production equipment are exceptionally strict. The total airborne bacteria count in the clean workshop must not exceed 1000/m3. These strict clean room environmental requirements directly determine final product quality.

This project adopts rock wool with double layer of MGO clean room panels. The constructed workshop includes a semi-finished product storage room, filling room, clean container storage room, dressing room, buffer zone, and related areas. The cleanroom level reaches ten thousand.

Cnsterilezoom controls product quality directly from the source. The mesh spacing and material of the Fiberglass Gridding Cloth in the magnesium plate directly determine the dimensional stability and cracking resistance of the panel. Currently on the market, non GB magnesium panel features clay pot cloth on both sides, with a density of less than 12g/㎡. Cnsterilezoom adopts platinum cloth on both sides, featuring a 4mm*4mm mesh and a density of more than 50 g/㎡.

Regarding water content, Cnsterilezoom's suppliers have built a dedicated greenhouse to control water content through two greenhouse maintenance stages. The facility is equipped with professional equipment and personnel to conduct experimental testing for each batch.

Cnsterilezoom aluminum frame cleanroom door, featuring color steel plate as raw material, delivers strong weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The three sides of the door leaf are manufactured using German production technology, with imported polyurethane glue foamed on site for excellent sealing performance.
