Around six to seven thousand years ago, the Majiabang culture originated across the Jiahe region, where prehistoric rice cultivation established the origins of Jiangnan rice gastronomy.

Over two millennia ago, the enduring legends of Qu Yuan and Wu Zixu inspired profound patriotic sentiments, shaping the Dragon Boat Festival tradition of enjoying rice dumplings across generations.

More than 600 years ago, "Kingswood Fine Point" established the Jiangnan dim sum tradition, achieving nationwide renown across China, particularly for handcrafted rice dumplings.

In 1921, Lanxi merchant Zhang Jinquan opened the inaugural rice dumpling shop on Zhangjia Lane in Jiaxing City, naming it "Wufangzhai" to signify that "the grains are sweet and fragrant"

Celebrating its centennial milestone in 2021, Wufangzhai continues to resonate with younger audiences as a revered heritage brand. By integrating playful aesthetics and personified food concepts, it addresses modern emotional needs and offers comforting, heartwarming experiences through delicious food.

"New" Reforms -- High-End Cleanroom Manufacturing Environment

Wufangzhai connects with consumers through culinary craftsmanship, moving beyond traditional storefront workshops into an integrated business model combining chain catering services, e-commerce, and the rice industry. With a total construction area of 6090 square meters, the project strictly conforms to the "Code for Design of Clean Plants" GB50073-2013, "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" GB50016-2014, and "Code for Design of Cold Storage" GB50072-2010. Automated facilities and industrial processing ensure traditional flavors are faithfully preserved while enhancing food safety within an advanced cleanroom manufacturing environment.

The architectural wall system incorporates 9000 Sqm of magnesium oxysulfide cleanroom panels, alongside 1500 Sqm of blind panels for the light steel keel firewall, and cold storage panels spanning 500 Sqm, providing outstanding thermal insulation performance to meet demanding low-temperature environmental requirements.

"New" Reform - Environmentally Friendly Cleanroom Design

The color of the cleanroom door includes rape yellow, silver gray, light green, white, and light blue. Based on distinct regional functions, the design integrates a balanced combination of cool and warm tones. Rape yellow serves as a signature warm hue that elevates mood with a cheerful, refreshing effect. Cool green and blue shades introduce vitality, alleviate workplace stress, and coordinate with the flooring to create an eco-friendly cleanroom environment.

"New" Reform - Functional Cleanroom Solutions

Throughout the overall plant design, layout adjustments often require partition removal to accommodate subsequent equipment and technology changes, alongside routine panel maintenance and partial replacement during operation. Under Cnsterilezoom's recommendation, this project uses the removable cleanroom panels to reduce cleanroom panel replacement costs, eliminate color variation, and enhance the cleanroom's aesthetic appeal. This proprietary technology was awarded a national patent in 2015.
