Located in Block B-31 of the Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone, the project covers an area of 278,300 square meters with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. Phase II of the park mainly comprises a nutrition and health food production workshop, a daily chemical production workshop, an R&D testing center, and a comprehensive service center. The cleanroom workshop adopts the manual purification board provided by Cnsterilezoom with an area of approximately 26,000 square meters.

The production workshop of the Yantai New Era Health Industry New Park project comprises three floors (with parts reaching four floors).

The two healthcare product production workshops serve as the primary manufacturing hubs for the “Guozhen” series of nutritious health foods. Equipped with internationally advanced process equipment, the production lines achieve a full transition from semi-automated operations to high-speed automation, dedicated to the production of powders and tablets respectively.

Each production line in the daily chemical production workshop features world-class process machinery, primarily manufacturing daily cleaning products such as liquid washes, creams and emulsions, oral cleaning goods, and loose powders. Spanning four floors, the R&D testing center is a comprehensive facility integrating scientific research, quality testing, academic exchanges, achievement exhibitions, and site visits. The comprehensive service center is designed to meet dining, hospitality, leisure, and event needs, delivering high-standard services and elevating organizational and cultural management.

The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2017 and will commence operations in the first half of 2018. Once fully operational alongside the first phase, it will gradually achieve an annual production capacity of 30 billion, further solidifying its leading position in the development, utilization, and deep processing of natural resources such as pine pollen, bamboo leaf extract, and maca.

In view of the project's strict requirements for production processes and environmental control, the double-glass magnesia wool cleanroom panel was ultimately selected.

As a premium cleanroom product independently developed by Cnsterilezoom, the board features a 0.8mm bow-shaped galvanized keel, and the corner adopts the Cnsterilezoom special galvanized corner system. This corner operates in conjunction with the keel to enhance the structural strength of the overall panel.

The core material is made of glass magnesium rock wool. Its rock wool fibers feature greater length, superior strength, and excellent flatness, providing incombustible fireproof performance. Combining rock wool with glass magnesium board enhances the overall strength and durability of the cleanroom panels.
