For the Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical 103 workshop project, more than 10,000 square meters of handmade cleanroom panels provided by Cnsterilezoom were selected. Built in strict accordance with the new GMP standards, the workshop utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to establish a first-class production line in China.

Due to the special requirements of the project, Cnsterilezoom recommended the use of double gypsum aluminum honeycomb cleanroom panels. B1 grade flame-retardant paper honeycomb color steel plates offer notable advantages, including light weight, high surface flatness, and paper honeycomb carbonization without open flame. The composite double gypsum and aluminum honeycomb structure increases the fire resistance rating, achieving a fire resistance time of up to 1 hour to satisfy the project owner's high standards.

Cnsterilezoom's cleanroom panels adopt an automatic glue spraying process, with glue application variance strictly controlled within 5g/m², while the bonding rate exceeds 95%. With a bonding strength of 0.14~0.15MPa, this process significantly enhances both the structural strength and surface flatness of the panels.
