From March 15th to 17th, the 42nd Central Kitchen Design, Construction and Operation Management Seminar took place successfully in Changsha, organized by the Food Industry Productivity Promotion Center, the China Productivity Promotion Center Association, and the Central Kitchen and Industrialized Catering and Food Working Committee. At the event, Cnsterilezoom was invited to deliver a presentation focused on "Central kitchen cleanroom system solution application". The training curriculum was structured around two primary components: theoretical exchanges regarding the deployment and innovation of emerging central kitchen technologies, paired with on-site inspections and practical learning at industry benchmark facilities.

The conference brought together nearly one hundred executives and technical experts from central kitchens, food manufacturing, and catering businesses nationwide to examine essential topics such as central kitchen layout design, facility construction, and operational management. Furthermore, participants carried out an on-site evaluation of a facility engineered by Cnsterilezoom—Hunan Pengjifang Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.

Cnsterilezoom collaborated with a wide array of industry specialists and enterprise delegates to explore the integration of advanced technologies and forward-thinking concepts throughout the planning, construction, manufacturing, processing, and daily management of central kitchens in the catering industry. Core seminar themes featured "Central kitchen product planning and positioning", "Central kitchen product R&D and operation management", "Central kitchen process design and engineering technology", and "Central kitchen smart management".

The highlighted benchmark facility, Pengjifang in Ningxiang, Hunan Province, serves as a prime example of the food-grade enclosure systems delivered by Cnsterilezoom for the prepared meal industry. Across the initial and second construction phases of this facility, Cnsterilezoom provided 35,000㎡ of cleanroom panels, offering a complete structural enclosure system engineered specifically for establishing a high-capacity, resource-intensive, and standardized central kitchen.

Operating as a dedicated manufacturing and distribution framework within the food and catering supply chain, the central kitchen connects upstream "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers" straight to downstream consumer dining tables. This synergy creates vital new pathways for accelerating the industrial upgrading and modernization of the wider food sector.
