WHAT IS ENDURE® PANEL?

Endure® Panel is designed for demanding disinfection environments—including VHP disinfection, alcohol, and serotonin wipe in clean room B-level areas for biological products, blood products, and vaccines. It serves as a specialized panel for biological cleanrooms.

Engineered with core materials of rock wool, glass magnesium board, and aluminum honeycomb, this high-performance clean room enclosure material satisfies strict indoor environmental requirements across diverse projects. It effectively addresses specialized industrial demands and is widely utilized throughout the food industry due to its superior resistance to frequent cleaning procedures and oil stains.

WHY CHOOSE ENDURE®  PANEL?

Excellent chemical properties

• Resistance to 30% hydrogen peroxide test

The sample was immersed in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution and the mouth of the beaker was sealed, and the surface state was observed.

Test Results:

1. When immersed in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution at room temperature for 432h, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change;

2. In the hydrogen peroxide titration cup test, the tolerance of Endure® is 7.2 times that of PVDF.

• Resistance to 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide test

The samples were immersed in 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide solution respectively, and the surface state was observed.

Test Results:

1. When immersed in 10% hydrochloric acid solution at room temperature for 1208h, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change;

2. When 10% sodium hydroxide is dissolved in room temperature liquid for 1208h, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change.

Aesthetics

Endure® board has beautiful design and small color difference. The color difference of the same batch is △E＜0.3, and the color difference of different batches is △E＜0.5.

The color is matte shell white with a matte surface design, delivering an appealing visual effect, uniform and delicate surface, and a gloss of 8-10 (normal color steel plate is 33-35).

How can proper matching improve the clean room effect?

In practical applications, we found that the choice of aluminum profiles is also very important, and proper matching directly impacts overall clean room aesthetics. Therefore, through practical application and experimentation, we chose 2 aluminum profile colors.

1. Aluminum profile spraying, white sand texture color, gloss 9%, film thickness 70-85μm
