Following three years of practical development and experience, this framework was upgraded to a C-TQM total quality management system driven by data, robust process execution, and full staff participation.

On June 30, 2020, the Cnsterilezoom C-TQM project kick-off meeting was officially held at corporate headquarters.

Total Quality Management (TQM) enhances operations through comprehensive quality control covering "full staff, full range, and full process." By leveraging advanced management tools to optimize the "quality of materials, quality of tasks, quality of personnel, and quality of the environment," the system works toward achieving the core objective of "zero product defects and zero quality complaints."

The general manager of Cnsterilezoom delivered an executive overview and outlined key requirements for establishing the comprehensive C-TQM quality management system.
