On May 6, 2019, BASF and Cnsterilezoom signed a strategic cooperation agreement, formally establishing a strategic partnership between the two parties. Moving forward, both companies will pursue in-depth and comprehensive innovation in the R&D and marketing of metal-faced polyurethane sandwich panels for cold chain facilities and livestock construction.

The signing ceremony took place at Cnsterilezoom headquarters. Larsen Kolberg, Director of Asia Pacific for BASF's Construction Materials Division, and Xu Shuheng, General Manager of Cnsterilezoom Products, signed the strategic cooperation agreement representing both organizations.

Under the agreement, BASF will lead the development and testing of polyurethane materials, while Cnsterilezoom delivers technical expertise, product engineering, and manufacturing. Both parties will jointly accelerate the market adoption of metal-faced polyurethane sandwich panels while exploring new marketing models and opportunities.
