The 2nd Dandelion (Suzhou) Annual Meeting of Pharmaceutical Engineering Equipment Managers was successfully held in Suzhou from August 27th to 28th, 2022. Furthermore, the event hosted three dedicated sessions: the Biopharmaceutical Forum, the Pharmaceutical Engineering and Project Management Forum, and the Intelligent Manufacturing and Information Technology Forum. To further expand upon the summit's primary themes and goals, organizers coordinated a visit to the Cnsterilezoom Zhenjiang Digital Benchmarking Manufacturing Base to examine how digitalized manufacturing supports the high-quality evolution of pharmaceutical engineering.

Cnsterilezoom's organized transport conveyed pharmaceutical industry specialists and conference attendees from the Suzhou summit venue to the Cnsterilezoom Zhenjiang manufacturing facility. The visiting delegation expressed high appreciation for the modern infrastructure and digitalized operations at the Cnsterilezoom Zhenjiang facility. The central theme of this facility tour focused on shaping the future of manufacturing through digitalization and advancing pharmaceutical engineering through high-standard production. The visit was structured into three segments: the exhibition hall, the production line, and an interactive conference room session.

During the exhibition hall tour, we presented the comprehensive cleanroom product portfolio of Cnsterilezoom to the visiting experts and highlighted the technical advantages of each solution. The display area featuring electronic and biomedical cleanroom mock-ups served as a major highlight during the tour. During the production line tour, we showcased the advanced manufacturing equipment and lean production management systems of Cnsterilezoom to attending experts and representatives, while demonstrating the high-quality, high-yield manufacturing advantages achieved through digital transformation. By scanning the barcode on the product label, users can accurately track complete product lifecycle data, ranging from incoming material inspection all the way to finished product shipment.

During the conference room session, Lu Zhizhen, Manager of the Cnsterilezoom Digital Center, delivered a presentation titled 《Digital Transformation of Cnsterilezoom Manufacturing from Design to Construction》, while Wei Jianlong, Director of the Clean Technology R&D Center, presented 《Digital Transformation of Clean Space Design - D-SPACE》.
